Grandma Shaffer's Visit to Pocatello

It was so fun to have my mom come visit us in Pocatello. The kids and I travel to Boise pretty often to see my family, but grandma isn't usually able to come visit us. We got her all to ourselves for 4 whole days. Madison and Camden had a blast! They each got to have a special day alone with her. Camden and Grandma went out to lunch and then to the Fun Zone. Madison, Camden and Grandma went to see Madagascar 2 and then again to the Fun Zone. Camden made out like a bandit, he got to go on both special days. It was very nice of Madison to let him come along. Actually, both kids got extremely spoiled. Grandma had brought with her gifts for each person. Another day we picked Madison up early from school and met Benj at Farr's for some scrumptious ice cream. We had a great time. We were all sad to see grandma go. In fact, the kids hid her socks and shoes so she couldn't leave. Thank you Mom for such a wonderful time. We would love to have you come as often as you'd like.
